The Returns Policy
- Glass must be unused and in new condition unless defective and being returned/credit requested under warranty
- Returns/Warranty claims must be within 7 days of receipt of goods. A separate return form must be supplied with each screen. Return books (duplicate) are available on request OR a copy of the original invoice will suffice.
YOUR RETURNS WILL NOT BE COLLECTED AND WE WILL NOT ISSUE A CREDIT WITHOUT PAPERWORK
- Screens are subject to inspection by a Warehouse staff member and only accepted if criteria above are satisfied.
NB: Defects/Warranty Claims – unless the item is being personally delivered to our premises, please contact the warehouse to discuss action to take. Please do not return faulty or broken items without contact as we may not require the screen returned.
We will require a claim form to be completed regardless of whether the screen is physically returned to ensure you receive a credit.
IMPORTANT: If you dispose of the screen without providing the information or photos we may require, you will not receive a credit on the item.
Where the return is not a warranty claim, and the product has been supplied as ordered a 10% return fee may be deducted from the credit to offset handling and administration expenses.
In addition you may be charged any applicable freight costs incurred on your behalf by the warehouse.
