Windscreen Distributors & Mainland Windscreens do their best to stock and supply quality product. Where issues are brought to our attention we pass that information on to our suppliers so that the problem does not reoccur. Unfortunately as with any industry, sometimes faulty product can be supplied and the faults are not always obvious until the item has been fitted.
IF the fault could not be detected prior to fitting, we have set a policy whereby in addition to replacing the screen at no cost we will provide a warranty credit to the same value. This additional credit is intended as a voluntary contribution towards any costs incurred in rework.
Our normal Warranty Claim/Return Process still applies so we must be notified as soon as possible of the issue and all required paperwork completed. Verbal advice alone of a fault is not sufficient for a credit. Please do not invoice us, we will apply all necessary credits against your account.
Procedure for parts listed as POA
If you require a part that is listed in the catalogue as POA, the warehouse will endeavour to procure the item for you, first seeking availability from other sources, then supplying a quote, and finally if approved, procuring the item and advising of the delivery time frame.
The price quoted shall include all costs, including freight and packaging.
Approval to procure the items and agreement to price must be given in email form to ensure correctness of part required, pricing and supply arrangement.
Procured items will be non-returnable, unless our supplier agrees to take them back. Any associated freight costs will be oncharged to you.
